So what of the week this week...

After the weekend I was left in a curious mood. On Monday while heading off to work, I was listening to the radio in the car (RAWK) when this song came on and for the first time I listened to the lyrics and thought... oh man that is about as relevant to my headspace right now as any song is likely to be.  What song? Well the last few days have been pretty good all up.

After Hot Fuzz on Tues with Jim (yup I am still giggling so go and see it now!) Wed saw me having a much needed lie in after those three days at work and finally getting back to my favourite coffee shop for the first time since I went down to Nottingham. Another summary...

Emily has been with me for the last couple of days. Yesterday we went hunting for her dead relatives around Muiravonside and found one!  He was buried in St Michaels Church in Linlithgow wehre we also stumbled upon Linlithgow Palace (which is a place I must visit again) After that we hunted Muiravonside itself.  Not so easy as it  ( Read more... )

Well I have been kept off the streets for the last few days.

Got my hair cut again - go me!

Went to get the tyres checked on my car and found out I needed 2 new tyres.  One at the back hade a huge bald (and I mean bald - like no tread at all) patch on it and it was causing a thumping sort of noise when I drove.  What pissed me off a bit was that ( Read more... )
